EDIT2: Took a lot of thought, but I'm keeping Rivan in the high school section for now. She needs to grow up a bit more and make friends.
I also changed her stats somewhat, just lowered Sp Atk and raised Def slightly
And last mini change, she had a growth spurt…by 2 inches xD. 5 foot 5 was just too hard to draw, she fits 5 foot 7

Rivan’s confidence comes from the fact she wasn’t able to do much for the first bit of her life. Now she feels like she could take on the world. However at times she can be overly confident and take on more than she can chew. But she believes in her abilities and to her that’s all the matters. She tends to come off more cocky and brash and slightly egocentric

+ Gentle
Rivan isn’t gentle when you first meet her and even to see this trait takes a lot of tender loving care. However she is gentle to a fault. She’s more gentler to smaller things such as children and ferals finding them to not have fault as opposed to an adult. Basically she comes off having a mother’s touch and she is quiet and collected in these moments

+ Attentive  
Riven is a stickler for details and comes off as a control freak. However her attentive nature lies in the fact that she is actually caring. Once you’ve gained her trust, though difficult, she does worry about others well being, mostly with those that are younger than her. And while she isn’t the biggest fan of groups, she will help when needed.

- Vain
Rivan is vain...She finds herself to be quite a looker and makes sure of it. Going through some tough times in the past with her body, she worries about her looks and health than one really should. Also causes her to be quite judgemental of people’s looks
She is also very haughty and quite cocky about herself and those around her

- Slightly Paranoid
Rivan has both trust issues and germaphobia. Her trust issues come from the fact she was lied to for many years and being disappointed so many times. It will take a lot from you to get her to trust you as far as she could throw you.
Her germaphobia lies with the fact that she was ill for most of her life and is just coming back to the living. She worries often that one wrong move can send her back  to square one. So she usually has hand cleaners or a mask during the sick seasons

- Impatient
Being patient for a good portion of her life didn’t pay off, so Rivan became more or less impatient and prefers to have everything done and in front of her Asap. She is also quite spoiled by her family, being the only girl and the baby of the family (along with being in less than stellar health). She likes thinks done fast and quick to the point.

History
Rivan was born to a large family of Eeveelutions; Her mother;a Leafeon originally from Snowpoint had moved to Castelia City to sell her own evelution stones, in which during that time met her father a Sylveon who had transferred from Anistar. Both met by chance and within time had slowly become a couple. After a surprize of triple eevee boys, ten years later, give or take; they were once again surprised with a girl eevee. However, she didn’t have a simple hatch as her older brothers

Rivan was a very weak and sickly eevee, commonly having headaches and horrible asthma. Due to this she was in and out of the hospital quite often. As a young child, Rivan was a polite child to her family and to a select few but really didn’t waste her time and effort on making friends. Though she never had a problem making them, she just found it a waste of time. She was icy, brash and quick to the point.

Due to her health slowly deteriorating, her parents had decided that it would be best to move away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and while it was a city, it came with the recommendation of the best heathcare, so they moved to Celadon city.
With treatment, Rivan’s health did improve slightly to being able to go to school and act more like a normal child.
While she was still quiet and a bit icy in her personality, she did make a few friends in the city;Somehow they found her personality, though brash,it was strong and controlled. Her favorite thing to do however was to go outside the city, with these select few and be around the feral pokemon. It was easy and calm, something that Rivan fully enjoyed.
Still her health was poor though and she had to be careful...causing her to be a bit more catious than a child her age would normally be, she tended to carry around hand sanitizer and stayed in during the sick seasons, luckily able to do homeschooling with a local family, during these seasons.

During her 15th year however things took a dive. Catching a horrible case of pneumonia and with her asthma, had caused her body to relapse and be sent to the hospital.
Many weeks later and with no signs of improvement, including a horrible fever that had surfaced. Rivan’s family was told that unless the fever could break, she wouldn’t make it through the night.
With hopes and prayers...the family had fallen asleep during their watch...to be awoke with a surprise

Due to Rivan’s fever, her body had mocked freezing temperatures, to evolve her into a Glaceon. Which in turn had allowed the fever to break. It was quite a miracle but the worst was only just over. Rivan had to stay for a month more for a clean bill of health. During her stay, while she was impatiant and frustrated, along with nervous, for fear of another life threatening illness. Rivan payed close attention to the doctors and facilty, and when able, spent more of her time in the pediatric ward with the children, who she was kind and gentle to, very unlike herself, but yet she had a kindred relationship with those young.
While horribly frightened, Rivan, found that this was something she could understand and grasp...to help those in her condition and to never allow those to get to where she was. She decided that from her on out, she was to study to be a doctor.
Once freed from the hospital and moved to the cleaner and less crowded city of Lumiose. She was told that her health had improved drastically, possibly from the evolution allowing her body to cope and heal faster. Rivan’s personality did a small 180. While she was a nervous twit and still icy. She had had her brush with death and refused to let it get to her. Becoming quite confident in her abilities and while this had the positive effect of allowing her to do more and never being afraid to try things...she had become quite cocky and an egomaniac, in other words; a control freak.
Along with this and since her time in the hospital, she had lost more weight than her body type was supposed to have, causing her to not only have stunted growth, but to become vain and narcissistic. While on one hand it wasn’t the worst thing and she only wished to be healthier, on the other hand, it caused her to become judgemental of others around her, and though her comments were tame...they weren’t good.
After some time, now 17, Rivan was confronted by her parents offering her the opinion to go to the Armonia institute under the guise of her getting better training to be in heathcare.
Rivan first suggested St.Moriel and with their income it was a possibility but they convinced her in the nicest way possible that St Mortiel while a good school was that for those in need of guidance and leadership skills, things that was already in no need of, and that Armonia was more free spirited and would allow her to get into touch with her more gentle side that had become jaded and hidden over the years.
She shrugged...it was best not to argue. So she sent in an application
